Why we built CareQ

The problem we set out to solve

Most clinic management software in India is expensive, complicated, and built for enterprise IT departments — not for the doctor who also runs their own reception. The software that was affordable was too limited. The software that was capable required weeks of training.

CareQ was designed from the ground up around a single question: could a doctor's receptionist set up and run this without any IT help? Every feature, every screen, and every workflow is built with that constraint in mind.
