Do I need a separate WhatsApp Business number?
Yes — you need a WhatsApp Business API-enabled number. We help you set it up during onboarding. It can be a new SIM or your existing clinic number (if not already using WhatsApp Business App).
Is there a per-message charge?
No. CareQ connects directly to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API — there is zero BSP markup. You only pay Meta's standard conversation rates, which are very low for utility messages within the 24hr window.
